Paddleboard Yoga: Current with Ashley Bourgeois

Explore, discover, have some fun; this practice has so many fun dynamics to enjoy as we practice yoga on the water. This class will have a short meditation followed by a flow practice with the option for some more challenging postures. You could get wet in this class so don’t forget to bring a towel and wear some quick drying clothes, as we practice our boards will be anchored with some time to paddle around before and after.
