Asanna and Sound Meditation with Erin O’Neil

Align your Chakras, Root to Crown, through Yoga & Sound. A well balanced Asana practice, in the Iyengar method w/ focus on balancing the 7 major chakras. This can be followed by, (or in a completely separate practice) Sound Meditation w/ Crystal Singing Bowls. Through healing vibrations, the Chakras return to their natural frequencies, bringing harmony to body, mind, heart and spirit. Sound Meditation also includes other sound instruments such Gong, Rattle, Drum and Chimes, as well as yogic chants/mantra.
