This is a “group yoga of the mind” or a “conversational meditation”.
Together we will learn how to drop-in more deeply to our present experience and show up more truthfully with others.
You will receive simple training on how to listen to your own wisdom and how to share what’s happening in your world with others.
We’ll practice revealing our truths in a heart-felt and genuine way, that helps us to see more deeply into our inner mindscape.
