Authentic Movement with Alexandra TatarynAn hour and a half of inner journeying. We\'ll warm-up with a developmental movement series. These movements will bring you from reptile to mammal to human, both energizing your body and smoothing out your magnetic field. Darlene Tataryn, Ali\'s mother, will be co-facilitating this portion with her! From there we\'ll dive into authentic movement- a silent practice which teaches you how to follow your body\'s innate wisdom for healing. The movements will take you on a somatic and visionary journey, befriending deep and beautiful aspects of your psyche. By the time you finish you will calm, grounded and totally blissed out.

Smudge Ceremony & Drum Circle with Michelle StokotelnyA beautiful healing event on Saturday afternoon where you will participate in a smudge ceremony to help release any energies you no longer need to carry with you, and then enjoy a high vibrational drum circle where Michelle, being of Métis descent, will sing traditional Anishinaabe songs to help ground, center, and balance you, mind, body, and spirit. We will meditate, sing, drum, and even dance! Bring your drums or rattles, and join in, as we thank Mother Earth for her blessings and set intentions together for healing, peace, and guidance from spirit.
